(Aug. 27) – After participating in the second edition of the Art Kontakt Festival, which attracted a large audience in Porto Palermo last August 10, the activities of the Italian Cultural Institute of Tirana continue with the usual collaboration with the Durres International Film Festival. The event, now in its fifth edition, will take place at the Aleksander Moisiu Theatre of Durres until December 19, and will present and Italian film every Wednesday. The feature films, some from last season other from the recent past, represent the best of Italian cinema. Among more than thirty films, there will be: “The Passion” by Carlo Mazzacurati (2010), “Cosmonaut” by Susanna Nicchiarelli (2007), “Giovanna’s Father” by Pupi Avati (2008), “La Rabbia di Pasolini” by Giuseppe Bartolucci (2010) and “One Hundred Nails” by Ermanno Olmi (2007).
