Oct. 25 – The Parma Ham Consortium participated in the SIAL fair that comes to an end today in Paris. SIAL is a key event in the food business, guaranteeing high visibility to all its participants thanks to meeting with new furbishers and distributors. The Parma Ham Consortium was thus able to further increase its network, and present the new online section of the Consortium, dedicated to sector operators. “Parma Ham is currently being distributed in 90 countries – says Paolo Tanara, President of the Consortium – Thus, getting in touch with those who distributed is no longer an option, but rather a necessity. It is essential to make sure that the key information about the product is duly transferred to the end consumers. The new area of the website is, in fact, a tool and a support for our foreign distributors: to interact in new practical and technological way with the Consortium.”
