Nov. 7 – “Tastes of Italian Regions in China” is the title of the event scheduled for Tuesday, November 13, at the Auchan hypermarket of Shanghai. This festival of Italian gastronomy will see the presence of the Consul General of Italy in Shanghai Vincenzo de Luca, the general manager of Auchan Italy, Christian Iperti, the General Manager of Auchan China, Olivier Soulé de Bas, the Director General of Enoteca Italia, Fabio Carlesi , and Richard Deserts, General Manager of Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano. The exhibition is organized by Auchan Italy under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, and sees the participation of ICE, that will present 54 Italian companies, and their 120 products, part of the Auchan product export program.
