Nov. 14 – The 16th edition of FHC – Food & Hospitality China 2012, opens today in Shanghai, it is one of the biggest events of the agro-food sector in China. ICE has organized a pavilion of 800 m2 for the collective participation of 48 food companies producing extra virgin olive oil, dairy products, baked goods, truffles, as well as wines, beers, syrups and coffee. The ICE Service Center also set up an area dedicated to seminars and tastings of the traditional Italian food products that have proved more successful in China. The ICE office in Shanghai, in cooperation with other departments of the ICE Network in China, organized operator missions from the most important areas of the country. In support of the Italian participation, the names of the exhibitors were included in the official catalog of the exhibition, and ICE’s catalogue will soon be available in both electronic and paper versions.
