Apr. 10 – Starting on Friday until April 14, the Tivoli Park in Copenhagen will host “A Taste of Italy,” an initiative organized by the promotion agency ex2.dk to provide the public with a better understanding of excellent Italian food and wine. More than 500 products will be available for tasting, many of which have not yet been marketed in Denmark. About 20 experts will accompany the companies present, as well as the restaurants. In particular, the Paolo e Barbara Sanremo restaurant, which opened in 1988, will offer visitors food prepared exclusively with local products “in respect of Italy’s great tradition and quality standards.” The choice of wines is also very rigorous: one for each dish.
