July 11 – “Lazio à la carte … Paris à table” is a groundbreaking event that will allow Parisians to taste and enjoy the apricots and cherries jams from Palestrina, strawberry jams from Nemi, mezzi rigatoni and paccheri from the Lagano pasta factory, and asparagus and basil creams from Cassino. The tasting workshop will be held at the Pavillon Puebla, in the heart of the Buttes Chaumont park, and French buyers (shops, chains, importers, wholesalers) will have the opportunity to meet the producers from Lazio, try their products and start commercial collaborations. The goal is to create a new sales network in the French market for Lazio agri-food businesses. “This is an important opportunity to promote the growth of enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises that need to find new markets and build real commercial networks – said the Regional Minister for Economic Development, Guido Fabiani – Food is essential for our region, one of the few industries, along with the pharmaceutical, who grew in exports.”
