Oct. 8 – Rome and Mexico City are not so far away. And the distance was “shortened” thanks to events like the one that took place this morning at the Chamber of Commerce of Rome. The meeting was held in the name of internationalization and practical support to Roman and Lazio businesses, that had the opportunity to learn about the Mexican market and its great potential for development. The event was made possible thanks to the collaboration between the Chambers of Commerce of Rome, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico, the Embassy of Mexico in Italy and the most important institutional and economic authorities of the Federal District of Mexico City. “The entrepreneurial spirit from Rome and Lazio is able to offer excellent products to Mexico – said Giancarlo Cremonesi, President of the Chambers of Commerce of Rome and Unioncamere Lazio – as these businesses produce everything from advanced supply chain innovation (in aerospace, biomedical technologies, and ICT) to traditional sectors like fashion, gold production, and food and wine. Therefore, we need to intensify efforts to increase our commercial exchanges.”
