Oct. 30 – “Buona Italia” is an event hosted by the best Italian restaurants in Russia. The annual festival of Italian cuisine, now in its 6th edition, aims at promoting Italian food in Russia with ad hoc events that will feature the chefs from the 30 best Italian restaurants in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi , Samara and Ekaterinburg. The chefs will serve their high-level culinary creations, created exclusively for the festival: the dishes will be deliberately “retro” to reflect traditional Italian cuisine. “Buona Italia” is an exclusive opportunity to learn about Italy’s classic recipes. The guest of honor at this year’s edition is the Marche Region. The event will run until November 26.
