Nov. 14 – A little bit of Sardinia in Madrid: the best products from the island will be at the center of numerous initiatives in the Spanish capital, from Nov. 20 to 25. Pasta, cheese, sweets, canned sardines and many other delicacies will be on display at the famous Mercado de San Antón, in the heart of Madrid, in the Accademia del Gusto stand. The products will also be available for sale to the public and will be used to prepare famous recipes during a cooking show with renowned Sardinian chefs. The other location chosen for the event is the Accademia del Gusto, where several meetings reserved for professionals and an open day for the public on November 22 will take place. The broader promotional event is organized by the Accademia del Gusto and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Spain.
