Nov. 22 – The Logitrans Transport Logistic Trade Fair of Istanbul brings together exhibitors and visitors from the fields of logistics and transportation from all over the world. The exhibition initiative opened yesterday and will end tomorrow and saw the participation of the Trieste logistics and port system. Trade relations between Italy and Turkey continue to be strengthened thanks to Aries, the Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Trieste. Thanks to the support of the Chamber of Commerce, the Port Authority of Trieste and several prominent reality of the logistics industry were able to participate in what is considered one of the most important events in the industry. They are currently meeting with a very large number of national and international exhibitors who offer a complete cross-section of all innovative products and services. The mission is led by the President of the Trieste Chamber of Commerce, Antonio Paoletti: “Our goal is to present the Trieste logistics system to Turkish operators. Trieste has always been a strategic hub for the transport system to and from the Middle East because of its favorable geographical position – says Paoletti – Many companies have excellent relationships with Turkish partners and we intend to make the most of this collaboration to foster new business relationships. Given the strong growth of the Turkish economy, it is crucial we play a part in this market, especially since both the Fernetiči port and terminal offer services specifically designed for Turkish operators.” The mission includes a series of business meetings with industry representatives with business and logistics operators.
