Mar. 10 – The Port Authority of La Spezia is participating in Cruise Shipping, the event taking place from today through Thursday in Miami, and attended by many Italian companies alongside the Institute for Foreign Trade and the Assonave Association. “We are proud to be able to export overseas, to Miami, at the heart of the international cruise business, the ‘great beauty’ of our region. This is something we strive to do as much as possible, even when we’re attending fairs concerning the logistics industry,” said the president of the Port Authority Lorenzo Forcieri. The Port Authority has developed the general concept, layout and content of the promotional materials that will be distributed in Miami. The aim is to enhance the image of the port, already among the world’s most important ports for cruise companies, as well as to promote the whole province as a tourist destination in a joint and shared policy of territorial marketing. The stand, designed by MCCW, focuses on the cities of Golfo, Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. On the ledwall, 9 square meters screen a video will play, illustrating the beauty of the La Spezia area, with original aspects related to gastronomy, folklore, as well as the peculiarity of some of the most important art cities in Italy, located just a few kilometers away.
