Sydney – Eatalian Bio seeks to support and promote Italian organic food consumption in Australia and Japan. The project, promoted and financed by the Ministry of Economic Development and implemented by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia, will see the latter coordinate with the Chambers in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Tokyo Ccie to promote Italian organic products on two dynamic markets. The project includes various promotional initiatives, including the participation in major sector trade fairs such as Cibus and Sana (to be held in Bologna September 6-9). Between July and October, there will be a promotional tour in Australia and Japan as well as a visit to Italy by Australian and Japanese operators (importers, distributors, buyers, restaurateurs) and members of the press, who will get to know the excellence of the territory and meet the producers.
