Tel Aviv – The pastry chef Ernst Knam, famous for his shows on the TV Channel Real Time and star of the TV show “The King of Chocolate,” will fly tomorrow to Tel Aviv, along with his staff, to get to know the culture, the Israeli people and kosher cuisine. The occasion is the 40th anniversary of activity in Italy of the National Bureau of Israeli Tourism. The king of chocolate – German by birth and Milanese by adoption – will deliver a cake, made with strictly kosher chocolate, to Tzvi Lotan, Director of the National Bureau. Knam will serve garlic and sesame chocolates. Knam’s sweet creations will hopefully meet the exceptional demands of the customers. (9Colonne)
