Prague – On Wednesday, May 28th, at 5:30 pm, the Museum of Gastronomy in Prague will host the “The Italian day.” The secrets of Italian cuisine will be unveiled by restaurateur Bruno Greco, who will prepare two dishes: spaghetti with pesto Genovese and lasagna. During the workshop, participants will learn how to prepare these two specialties. Finally, guests will enjoy the dishes prepared. Also it will be provided a guided tour of the museum with particular attention to the influence in the history of Italian gastronomy. The Institute of Italian Culture is partner of the event.
