June 2 – Everything is ready for the fifteenth edition of CTT, the leading Russian exhibition for construction equipment and technologies, that will be held from tomorrow until June 7. The fair will be hosted in the Crocus Expo Center in Moscow, where about a thousand exhibitors, of which 45 % from abroad, will trade materials, knowledge and best practices. The ICE Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies, in collaboration with UNACEA, has organized the collective participation of 27 Italian companies in an area exhibition area of 422 square meters. “While waiting for the recovery of the domestic market – explains the ICE – the export sector continues perform well, as evidenced by the € 2.5 billion recorded in exports in 2013. The Russian market is an important destination for Italian construction machinery, representing 7% of total exports in the sector, for a total of €178 million.” According to data compiled by UNACEA, in the first two months of 2014 particularly positive results were recorded, with a 31% increase over the same period of last year.
