June 6 – “We’re going back in the Italian Renaissance, where the artist has to be a bit of a philosopher, an inventor, and a little crazy. Not isolated in oneself but in touch with universal feelings,” said Giovanni Allevi on his way of making music. The composer from Ascoli Piceno is ready for two new international adventures in the Far East and South America, in Japan and Argentina with his Piano Solo Tour 2014. From June 18 he will be in Japan, a country that welcomed him several times with great enthusiasm, and with which the artist has now established a strong bond of fascination and empathy. In October, Allevi will be for the first time in Argentina, where many fans have been waiting for him for quite some time. 2014 is a great time for Allevi: his album “Alien” went platinum and he is currently touring Italy’s main theaters, performing his 20 years of compositional activity.
