Poznan – The Astaldi Group has won two new road contracts in Poland, for a total value of 200 million euros. The works involve the design and construction of 19 kilometres of the S-5 Poznań-Wrocław high-speed road, in addition to enlarging and modernizing 15 kilometres of S-8 Wrocław-Warsaw-Białystok, for the section between the Wiśniewo and Mężenin junctions. The works were commissioned by Poland’s General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways and will be finalized with the contribution of EU funds. Works will be started in the second half of 2014, lasting 39 months for the S-5 and 28 months for the S-8. (9colonne)
