Mendrisio – Tomorrow at 11am, Mendrisio (in the Ticino canton) opens a showroom for its new Hyst (Hypercritical Separation Technology) plant, which once loaded with plant residues turns them into high quality flour. The system operates within the humanitarian project Bits of Future: Food for All; it was funded by Science for Love and built by the technical departments of the BioHyst company. The facility will be used for processing biomass originating from African countries, primarily those who have already officially joined the initiative. The inauguration ceremony will welcome more than ten representatives from African governments, scientific institutions such as ENEA and the University of Milan, Italian and European entrepreneurs, members of the press, and all funding members of Hyst technology.
