Kiev – As Minister for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini explained at the end of her meeting with Premier Arseniy Yatsenyuk, she was in Kiev to “support the path of dialogue” which, “although difficult and complicated” was “still open”. She explained that she had asked the premier to work together on a “bilateral ceasefire”. Mogherini also announced that the Ukraine authorities had launched a formal inquest into the death of Andy Rocchelli, the Italian photo-reporter killed in Ukraine. (9colonne)
