Hong Kong – The international event “Italian cuisine in the world for Expo 2015” brings Italian cuisine around the world until July 27. This year’s edition of the international exhibition, sponsored by INformaCIBO, includes five different initiatives: “The King’s Sandwich,” “The kitchen territory,” “Sweet Italian,” “Ice Cream in the Pot,” and “Regional Cuisine.” The objective is to enhance Italian food quality and culture with an event that will touch upon all five continents. Hundreds of Italian chefs all over the world, namely New York, Monte Carlo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, Ankara, Boracay, Moscow, Providence (Usa), St. Petersburg, Puerto Rico and the Sultanate of Oman, will prepare exclusive delicacies for their clients.
