London – Bellavita, the largest international trade show dedicated to the excellence of Made in Italy in the agro-food sector, ended last Monday. The event took place in London under the patronage of the Italian Ministry for Economic Development and the approval of the European Parliament. 276 Italian companies and more than 6,000 visitors gathered at the Old Truman Brewery, a distillery converted into a citadel of creativity and exhibition space, alternating master classes, round tables, tastings and live cooking presentations. Luca Gardini, Best Sommelier of the World 2010 and Fausto Arrighi, food critic, and editor of the Michelin Guide since 2005, took part in the three-day event by analyzing two thematic areas: “passion for wine” and “ways of taste.” (9Colonne)
