(Aug. 22) International companies in the metallurgical industry will meet in Istanbul Sept. 11-13 for the next edition of Ankiros. Italian companies will participate under the collective organized by the ICE Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies, in collaboration with the Amafond Association. “The Ankiros fair – explains the ICE Agency in a note – is the ideal platform to enter the Turkish market and surrounding areas. The latest edition of the event saw the participation of more than 15,000 professional visitors from many foreign countries. The development of the user industry, primarily the automotive industry, and the commissioning of major projects related to the construction of pipelines, railways… has led to the modernization of the local plants and foundries which are already investing in substantial technological renewal programs, looking to foreign suppliers for the needed machinery and equipment.”
