Marseille – On the occasion of the commemoration of October 3, 2013, when 368 migrants died at sea trying to cross the Mediterranean, the Italian Cultural Institute in Marseille has decided to pay tribute to the victims setting up at the Institute a celebration which will be inaugurated on October 3 at 6pm.
