Beijing – Dr. Mario Del Donno, director of the Pneumology UOC Complex in Benevento, is heading to China for the medical congress that will be held in Beijing as of October 16. There, he will report on his studies in the field of heart-lung relations. Both in China and in Europe, cardio and cerebrovascular diseases rank first in terms of morbidity and mortality, both due to the increase in the average population age, and to unhealthy lifestyles. Therefore, the Joint Symposium will explore the most relevant aspects of brain strokes, emphasizing the importance of risk factors, sharing experiences in prevention and intervention medicine. The symposium will cover the most relevant clinical topics, including treatment for patients suffering from strokes, heart disease, and other diseases such as COPD. (9Colonne)
