Dubai – November 9-11, Dubai hosts the 2014Speciality Food Festival. The event, now in its fifth edition, is already considered one of the most important events dedicated to the food industry, particularly in the production of high-end products. The ICE Agency takes part in the event, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, as a scouting experience to understand the interest of Italian companies for the Gulf region and the event. The 12 participating companies have been granted an exhibition area of 48 sqm. Each company will also feature a cooking show (2 per day for the 3 days of the event) in areas equipped for cooking demonstrations, in which local chefs will be invited to realize menus compatible with the tastes and traditions of the local Muslim customers, using the products made available by the participating Italian companies.
