Vienna – After the success of the technical workshop held last April at the Grand Hotel in Vienna, the efforts to promote Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and Agro Nocerino-Sarnese San Marzano tomatoes continues, thanks to the coordinated action of the two consortiums and the ICE Office in Vienna. Tomorrow, the HMLW9 School of Vienna will see teachers take part in a technical and practical seminar on the two products conducted by the director of the consortia. The teachers will then attend a lesson by star chef Giuseppe Iannotti, and will prepare together a special dinner menu. (9Colonne)
