Dec. 31 – “Quanto sei bella Roma,” “Barcarolo romano”, “Le streghe” and “Gita a li castelli” are all songs part of the popular Roman tradition that will be performed at the Italian Cultural Institute in Tokyo by Elena Bonelli. The singer and actress has been able to take up the legacy left by Gabriella Ferri, and on Friday, January 16, she will take the stage of the Umberto Agnelli Auditorium in the show “Rome is Music.” Bonelli, who trained at the Gigi Proietti Theater School, has prepared a selection of songs from the Roman tradition, accompanied by the projection of images depicting the architectural, archaeological and natural beauties of Rome. Elena Bonelli will be accompanied on the piano by Maestro Adelmo Musso (composer, musician, conductor), on guitar by Maestro Giandomenico Anellino, and on the mixer by Lorenzo Orlandini. (Caf)
