Brussels – On January 12, 2015, at 7pm. the Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels will project Italy in a Day – the Italian edition, edited by Gabriele Salvatores, of a Ridley Scott project. The Italian director asked Italians to send their videos (shot with cameras, smartphones…) taken during the 24 hours of 26 October 2013, revealing their desires, dreams, fears, thoughts, anything important or interesting that was happening during those moments. Italy in a Day is a synthesis of the 44 197 received videos, for a total of over 2,200 hours of recording. The final project saw a team of 40 people, guided by Massimo Fiocchi and Chiara Griziotti, select and edit 632 videos. (9Colonne)
