New York – The trucks that come from the Monza plants have special protection, as their cargo is as precious intangible: perfume. Euroitalia distributes it worldwide from Lombardy. The company was signaled by Mediobanca for its growth performance and development: €250 million in revenues, 92% of which from exports. Its founder, Giovanni Sgariboldi, contributed to the birth of Italian perfume, turning the Monza headquarters into the main hub of Italian fragrances that survive and thrive among the industry giants, L’Oreal, P & G and other multinationals. The Corriere della Sera confirms that Sgariboldi buys fragrances from the three multinationals: Givaudan, Firmenich and IFF, which control the commodity market and that every year churn out hundreds and hundreds of new variations. The company then buys glass bottles from Luigi Bormioli, Saint Gobain or other multinationals, and while packaging comes from domestic suppliers. (9Colonne)
