Brussels – For the second consecutive year, the European Commission has expressed an “excellent” rating for “Optique,” a project by an international consortium that features the Free University of Bolzano alonside the Universities of Oslo, Oxford, Rome, Athens and Hamburg, as well as the Norwegian Statoil and Siemens. The goal of the project is to develop a platform that allows end users to quickly and directly access useful information from large data sets. (9Colonne)
