A statement issued by the association said that “Albania is working on standards and management of funds, after having received the status of candidate country for European Union membership.” One of the first actions by the Albanian government in this sense is the opening of a national agency for project management of the Erasmus Programme Plus, allowing young people, youth organizations, schools, universities, training agencies, and companies to present and implement projects in education, training, youth and sports. As part of its EU enlargement and the role of youth activities, Fyouture is working in candidate and neighboring countries to discuss the issues of European citizenship and employment, providing young people with useful information and experiences to formulate proposals and new projects.
