Algiers – Today, Algiers kicks off Djazagro, one of the most important events in North Africa for the processing and preservation of food products, especially with regard to equipment and machines for bakery, pastry and catering. The 2015 edition of the fair will host 600 exhibitors from over 31 countries, on a total space of 15,000 square meters. Italy will be present with a 600-square meter pavilion organized by the Italian Trade Agency in partnership with Ucima, bringing 45 leading companies in the industry. (9Colonne)
