Dubai – Sunday, at the WTC Dubai, officially opened the Gulfood Fair, which will close its doors tomorrow. Now in its 20th edition, it’s the event par excellence dedicated to the food industry, not only in the UAE but throughout the MENA and GCC regions. Held every two years since 1987, it later became an annual fair. In 2014, there were more than 4,500 exhibitors; for 2015, 110 national pavilions have been booked. Italy is one of the largest countries for attendance, with 130 companies. (9Colonne)
