Copenhagen – Seventeen days separate the Italian team from the Archery World Championships in Copenhagen, scheduled to begin on July 24. It’s the event of the year, worth a pass to the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. And it won’t be easy, as more than 200 athletes will compete Copenhagen, a record for an Olympic qualifying round. The Italian team won’t leave any stone unturned, and the archers will be in the best shape possible for the event of the season. For this reason, the Italian team is in Berlin alongside the teams from Germany, Ukraine and the Netherlands in the Olympic Training Center, a historic place where the GDR trained before the fall of the Berlin Wall.
