Montreal – In tribute to the Campania region, and on the occasion of Montreal’s Italian Week, the best pastry chefs of Montreal will compete against each other to offer the public the best recipe for babà, the typical Neapolitan pastry made from soft dough soaked in rum. The competition will take place on Sunday, Aug. 17 at Shamrock, on the corner of rue Saint-Laurent and rue Shamrock. The jury will be composed of Québec representatives. (9Colonne)
