Berlin – Barilla will be the main sponsor of the Italian National Basketball team, both senior and youth, male and female. The collaboration will come into effect immediately before the upcoming EuroBasket 2015, that will see the Men’s National team play in September in Germany. On September 5, in Berlin, the Azzurri will face Turkey in their first match of the qualifying round. The initiative is part of a larger project that brought the historic firm from Parma to invest in sports and, for the first time in its history, to support a Federation and its national teams.
