August 24, 2015 – Made in Italy flies to the conquest of Latin America: clothing, furniture and design are just some of the sectors ready to do business thanks to a trade mission scheduled for November. Within the “Latin America” project, Unioncamere Emilia-Romagna and PromoFirenze, the Agency for Internationalization of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence, are collaborating with the Interamerican Investment Corporation. Together they organized a trade mission to Chile and Peru, in the cities of Santiago and Lima for November 15-21. The initiative aims to support companies interested in new business opportunities in Latin America, through the organization of targeted, personalized business meetings with potential local partners. The mission is particularly companies in the following industries: machinery, clothing (luxury), furniture and design, medical equipment, building and construction, energy and environment. Based on the evaluation form profile, the company will receive a non-binding opinion by the offices of Santiago and Lima on whether they should participate in the mission. Each company will then confirm their adherence, using a special card. Entries must be formalized by Friday 28 September. (Red)
