Lima – It kicked off yesterday in Lima the Peruvian Expoalimentaria, an event dedicated to food products and machinery for the food industry. The Italian group, organized this year for the first time by the Italian Trade Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies, will, until 28 August, support the presence of 13 companies in the machinery sector for the food industry. This first participation, which takes place in the broader context of the Year of Italian Culture in Latin America, will see Italy present technologies and equipment for fruits, vegetables and fish products processing, and packaging and food.
