Shanghai – The 2016 edition of Macfrut has been presented to Chinese vegetable and fruit operators during “The Fresh” Fair, held in Shanghai November 19-21. It was a very successful trip for Cesena Fiera, who organized the mission. China confirmed its presence in the 2016 edition, and also announced the participation of a delegation of importers. During the trip to China, President Renzo Piraccini also met with representatives of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, the Institute that works to promote the Chinese presence in international fairs. China participated in the last 16 editions of Macfrut and has continuously increased its exhibition presence: in 2015 there were 13 Chinese companies, confirming the interest of this country for the fresh fruit and vegetable sector.
