Beijing – To safeguard China’s artistic heritage there’s the most cutting-edge technology Made in Italy: a whole Italian delegation from Milan was chosen by China for an important project on the artistic and cultural heritage of the two countries. The delegation, called “Artistic Heritage”, is headed by Professor Leonardo Masotti and includes Varese Quanta System SpA of the El.En. Group. The company, informed that it had been chosen by the Chinese authorities, decided to donate a laser for restoration. This gesture, regarded as highly symbolic, will ensure that the artistic and cultural treasures that tell the ancient history of China will return to their original splendor. The priceless heritage built by various dynasties of the Empire now is likely to end up crushed by the weight of time and neglect. Quanta System was the first to answer the call of Xi Jinping, President of the most populous nation in the world, providing what it could offer: the best instrument developed by a team of engineers and technicians in years of research. The technology is able to operate effectively without equal on marble surfaces, wood, stucco, gold, bronze, antique maps, polychromatic surfaces, paintings, and frescoes. (9Colonne)
