New York – A few days ago, famous tenor Andrea Bocelli walked the streets of New York and improvised a show in Times Square in favor of the city’s homeless harsh conditions. The initiative was born after someone described to the Italian artist the harsh living conditions in which the homeless are forced to live. Bocelli thus performed in a mini live show, accompanied by an acoustic guitar, collecting $500 in just a few minutes, which he later donated to a member of the homeless community, along with a personal donation. Bocelli, who is still celebrating the enduring chart success of his latest album, has always maintained a strong interest in philanthropic work in favor of people in need, something he does mainly through the Foundation that bears his name.
