December 30, 2015 – The voice of Andrea Bocelli has long been known and appreciated worldwide. But few know that the latest international success for the Tuscan tenor is only a few days old. Bocelli won over, to the tune of the most famous film music, the audience of a packed Madison Square Garden in New York, sold out for more than 19.000 spectators. Also from the States comes a new form of validation for the Italian artist: this year, Andrea Bocelli is featured in the White House musical playlist for this holiday season by Vice President Joe Biden. The streaming music platform Spotify hosts the official page of the White House, where Vice President Biden and his wife Jill published the ranking of their favorite Christmas songs. The playlist titled “Holidays with the Bidens” features “Santa Claus is Comin ‘to Town” by Bruce Springsteen, “You Make It Feel Like Christmas” by Neil Diamond and “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!” in its Ella Fitzgerald interpretation, as well as “Adeste Fideles” by Andrea Bocelli. (Red)
