Barcelona – Tomorrow, at the Italian House of Barcelona, the book “Radici Piemontesi nell’Industria Alberghiera di Barcellona” by Angel Miguelsanz will be presented. The book covers the several centuries that preceded 1936, the year of the outbreak of the Civil War, through the adventures of the Piedmont families that took over the hotel industry in Barcelona, reaching levels of absolute excellence. Some of those families also helped establish the Italian House of Barcelona. The evening is a tribute to these great exponents of the Italian community, which will be represented by their descendants, some 14 generations still living in the Spanish city. (9Colonne)
