San Francisco – Italian gnocchi are ready to conquer American palates as the Treviso-based company Master, a leader in the production of handmade gnocchi made from real potatoes, is getting ready for a trip overseas to participate in the Winter Fancy Food Show. From 17 to 19 January, the Moscone Center in San Francisco will host the international exhibition devoted to specialty food and good. Master will present its special brand Mamma Emma, bringing made in Italy to the forefront of the show.
