Washington – In 2015, Automobili Lamborghini achieved a new record of sales in its history. With 3,245 vehicles delivered to its customers, the company exceeded for the first time the threshold of 3,000 units sold, reaching a historic achievement not only from the commercial point of view, but also in terms of brand and products. “In 2015, Lamborghini brought home an outstanding sales volume and registered new records in key financial data, confirming the strength of the brand, product and business strategy. With the introduction of several new models in 2015 and a substantial number of orders, we prepared well for 2016,” said Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini. Thanks to a sales network of 135 dealers in 50 countries, deliveries to customers rose from 2,530 to 3,245 units in 2015, a result which translates into a 28% increase over the previous year, two and half times the volume of sales registered in 2010. “Sales increased in all of our most important markets, with records in America and the Asia-Pacific – added Winkelmann – Key markets ere the US and China, followed by Japan, the UK, the Middle East and Germany, each of which registered net growth in 2015”.
