New York – The artistic nativity scene from Basilicata by maestro Francesco Artese, a leading professional in the Southern nativity scene school, isn’t homebound just yet. After crossing the ocean and reaching the Big Apple to bring the spirit of Lucania to New York Christmas, the representation of the Nativity, on display until the Epiphany in St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York, it will be relocated at the Sheen Center. The cultural center is linked to Catholic institutions and is located in the East Village, about 2 miles south of the neo-Gothic cathedral. (9Colonne)
