(25 January 2016) – From March 27, the Rome-Tehran Alitalia connection will become a daily service. This increase in flights reflects a greater commitment in light of the resumption of trade between the two countries and aims to better support both tourism and entrepreneurial activities. On the route to Tehran, the Alitalia Airbus A320 takes off from Rome Fiumicino at 5.30pm, landing in the Iranian capital at 0:50am (local time). The late flight departure time allows for connecting flights to reach Fiumicino from 26 different airports across Italy. (Red)
