(28 January, 2016) OpenExpo and OpenCantieri are among the best practices that will be presented at an OECD seminar on “Integrity and Transparency in Public Procurement” held in Mexico City on 29-30 January. The workshop wants to spread a better knowledge of the OECD’s recommendations on the integrity and transparency of the procurement process and share best international practices regarding the integrity of the public sector. Giovanni Menduni, from the Civil Engineering and Environmental Department of the Milan Polytechnic, will illustrate the experience of Open Expo, the website that made public, in open format, all the data on the progress of the Universal Exhibition 2015, and OpenCantieri, the website of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure that transparently reveals the realization times, progress and costs of major infrastructure projects in Italy.
