Valletta – There are many investment and business opportunities open to Italian companies in Malta: This is the theme of the meeting organized today by the Chamber of Commerce of Pisa at NH Pisa, which was attended by about 90 entrepreneurs and industry professionals. The opening speech by the President of the Chamber of Commerce Valter Tamburini was followed by the greetings of the Councilor for Productive Activities of the Municipality of Pisa Andrea Ferrante and the Honorary Consul of Malta in Italy, Luca Parenti. “The Maltese market – said President Tamburini – represents a real opportunity for our area. There are a lot of cultural similarities but also a community of economic interests, factors that open up spaces for the establishment of new Pisan companies in the heart of the “mare nostrum.” Malta represents a major market for Italy, as in 2015 it imported almost €1.3 billion in goods and services.
