Valletta – The promotion of “Matera 2019 – European Capital of Culture” passes through the Italian Cultural Institute in Malta, as the prestigious Baroque hall of the “Old Chancellery”, where the Institute is located today, hosted a presentation to the press and Maltese public of the actions and initiatives related to Matera 2019. The event, entitled “From Valletta 2018 to Matera 2019, comparing two European Capitals of Culture,” is organized by the Italo-Maltese Chamber of Commerce, with the patronage of the Italian Embassy.
